Shipping policy
We want to make sure your swimwear order arrives quickly and safely. Here are the details on our shipping options and policies:

Shipping Methods and Rates
- We work with local courier services to deliver all local orders both within and outside Nairobi. Shipping rates are available at check out.
-For EAC (East African Community),the delivery time is 2-5 business days with a flat fee of ksh 1,500.

International Shipping
We currently ship internationally via DHL. Shipping rates and transit times vary by location. Kindly contact our customer care line for exact charges.

Order Processing and Delivery
All orders are processed within 1 business days of being placed (excluding weekends & holidays) & you will be notified when it has been shipped.

Please allow a few extra days for delivery, especially during peak seasons & for items bought on sale due to the high volume of orders.

In-store pick up
We offer store pick-up for website orders. You can reach us via our socials or visit us in-store if you have a first preference for in-store shopping.
